Welcome to Vaanisethu ("we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using our platform at vaanisethu.online, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using any feature of Vaanisethu, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Vaanisethu is a synchronized watch party platform that allows users to:

• Watch videos together in real-time with friends using a shared room.
• Stream content from third-party URLs (Dropbox, Telegram Bot, etc.).
• Rent films from our curated Film Store.
• Chat with other users in the same room.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You must not share your account or allow others to use it. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Subscription & Payments

Access to Vaanisethu's core features requires an active subscription or a valid access pass. Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). Subscriptions are non-refundable once activated, except where required by law.

• 24-Hour Pass: ₹50 — valid for one day from activation.
• Weekly Pass: ₹150 — valid for seven days from activation.
• Monthly Pass: ₹400 — valid for thirty days from activation.

5. Film Rentals

Films in the Film Store are available for rental at individual prices set by the platform. Rental access is tied to your account and expires after the stated rental period. You may not download, copy, redistribute, or share rental content.

6. Free Pass

Each new user is eligible for a one-time complimentary 24-hour Free Pass. This pass is limited to one per person, device, and network, and cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Upload, stream, or share any content that infringes intellectual property rights.
• Use the service to distribute malware, spam, or harmful content.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or circumvent any technical protections.
• Create multiple accounts to bypass the Free Pass limitation.
• Use bots or automated tools to access the platform.

8. Content Responsibility

Vaanisethu does not host video files. When users paste third-party video URLs, they are solely responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to stream that content. We are not liable for any copyright infringement arising from user-provided content.

9. Intellectual Property

All platform code, design, and branding belong to Vaanisethu. You may not reproduce, copy, or redistribute any part of the platform without written permission.

10. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time without notice.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vaanisethu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of data or revenue.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will indicate the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
